Job responsibilities
Develop direct clients in the United States in accordance with the company's short-term and medium-term plans and objectives, and complete monthly and annual sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Execution and Target Achievement
1. Develop personal sales plans and strategies to ensure the completion of product sales targets and profit indicators set by the company.
2. Independently complete the entire sales process from client development,需求挖掘, business negotiations, contract signing, to receivables collection.
Client Relationship Management
1. Regularly follow up with existing clients to maintain good cooperative relationships, promote repeat purchases, and increase order volume.
2. Promptly respond to client needs and complaints, coordinate internal company resources to resolve client issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
Market Expansion
1. Proactively identify potential clients in the food, beverage, and health supplement industries to expand sales channels and business scope.
2. Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and other events to enhance the company's brand awareness in the U.S. market.
Market Information Collection
1. Monitor market trends, price movements, and competitor activities in the U.S. functional food ingredients market, and submit regular market analysis reports.
2. Collect customer feedback and suggestions on products to assist in product development and optimisation.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
1. Communicate customer needs with production, quality control, and R&D departments to drive product improvements and customised services.
2. Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order delivery and prompt payment collection.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in food science, marketing, international trade, or related fields.
Work Experience:
Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in the food industry, with preference given to candidates with experience in selling prebiotics, dietary fibre, and sugar-free sweeteners.
Professional Skills
1. Familiarity with U.S. food industry regulations, market characteristics, and B2B customer procurement processes.
2. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use sales data to develop strategies.
3. Proficient in using Office software and familiar with CRM system operations.
Abilities and Qualities
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong customer service mindset.
2. Strong market sensitivity and adaptability.
3. Excellent teamwork spirit and execution capabilities.
4. Able to adapt to frequent business travel and possess strong stress management capabilities.
