1, Responsible for channel strategy, business development and achievement of sales targets in the US. 2, Build and manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors, retail chains and independent dealers. 3, Introduce new products to each key customer based on the customer segment selection process, from early communication to product launch. 4, Gather and analyse competitor and industry information. 5, The ideal candidate will be motivated, well organised and have a strong understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

1, Bachelor degree or above. 2, 5-10 years channel sales experience in horticultural equipment or related industry. 3, Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development. 4, Proficient in retail management. 5, Willing to travel and work remotely from any city on the East Coast of the United States.
