Company Profile
China Lesso Group (Hong Kong stock code: 2128) is a large-scale building materials and home furnishing industry group in China, with business covering pipelines, building materials and home furnishings, photovoltaic new energy and other sectors. In 2023, the Group's operating revenue reached RMB30.868 billion.
Banhao Abco New Energy Design (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a multinational joint venture between China Lesso Group and Japan's Abco Co., Ltd. (Tokyo stock code: 2311), is the main office of Lesso Group Global New Energy Projects Center (LESSO Centre for New Energy Projects). The Centre supports the Group's research and design of photovoltaic power generation and energy storage projects around the world.
In 2024, Lesso will vigorously explore the African market. This summer, we launched the "Pilot Action" African Management Trainee Program, which will recruit 100 African elites to come to China, and after comprehensive training, they will be sent back to their home countries to lead the creation of a sunny Africa.
Ghana is one of the countries we focus on. Ghanaian youths are welcome to apply.
Job Requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Receive about three months of international marketing training at the Shunde headquarters of Lesso Group and Lesso Shenzhen Company;
2. In-depth study and understanding of the Group's photovoltaic and energy storage products and products in other sectors;
3. In-depth learning and understanding of relevant work processes within the group;
4. After the successful training, he was sent back to Ghana and promoted to commercial manager, responsible for the marketing of Lesso Group in the country.
Qualifications
1. Ghanaians;
2. Graduated from a Chinese university from 2013 to 2023, in any major;
3. Proficient in Chinese and Chinese;
4. Excellent learning ability, able to familiarize yourself with the products of various sections of Lesso Group as soon as possible;
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, able to mobilize the group's resources to develop local business;
6. Potential to lead Lesso operations in Ghana and its local team of 10 people.
Benefits: Management trainees in China, basic monthly salary of 8,000 RMB; After returning to his home country, he was promoted to business manager with a basic monthly salary of 15,000 yuan.
The road to pilot: 1. Participate in online interviews; 2. Participate in the online written test; 3. Participate in on-site written tests and interviews; 4. Admitted as a management trainee; 5.
