 Welcoming guests upon arrival  Providing information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.  Assisting VIP guests and handling special requests ( e.g reservations and transport)  Experience in hotel front desk reception (check in/check out) is a must  With Knowledge of using OPERA system  Addressing guests concern and resolving issues promptly  Collecting guest feedback and suggesting improvements  Communicating with front desk staff about guest preferences.  Work exchange and communication among colleagues at the same level  With good pleasing personality

 With Bachelors Degree  Have 2-3 years work experience in luxury hotel or international hotel.  Must be Female only  Ages 26-33 years old  Can speak English and strictly Russian speaking countries such as Russia, Republic of Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.
