Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:  Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for our consumer electronics products in Germany and Japan.  Spearhead sales efforts, manage relationships with key accounts, and drive new business opportunities with offline retailers and distributors.  Leverage existing relationships and build new ones with offline retail partners (e.g., electronics stores, distributors) to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.  Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on both short-term and long-term revenue generation.  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and market gaps.  Work closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product alignment, timely delivery, and promotional support.  Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on achievements, challenges, and future forecasts.  Maintain and deepen relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Job requirements
Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or above. 3-5 years of sales experience in the 3C consumer electronics industry (smartphones, wearables, accessories, etc.). Familiar with the business environment and culture of the target market, with mature channel and distributor resources.  Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities. Ability to accurately assess market demands and trends, and develop corresponding market, product, and brand strategies.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers from different backgrounds and cultures. Proven track record of successfully entering major offline channels.  Ability to integrate and coordinate across teams and external resources. Proficient in English, fluent in the local language of the target market (German and Japanese).  Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as strong resilience and ability to drive progress rapidly under pressure. Able to adapt flexibly to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
