Responsibilities 1、Market Analysis & Insights --Conduct market analysis, product analysis, competitive intelligence, marketing insights, and user insights for assigned products; --Deliver product positioning, key messaging, tiered selling points, and go-to-market strategies. 2、Integrated Marketing & Project Management --Orchestrate cross-functional resources to develop and execute IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) cadence and detailed plans for the smart home appliance product line. --Own end-to-end marketing management across the full product lifecycle, including but not limited to: creative visual assets, IP collaborations, major events, sponsorships, PR, media, digital, social, community/fan engagement, official website, e-commerce, retail, and service marketing and promotional campaigns. -- Ensure alignment with company objectives, achieve brand awareness and reputation goals, and demonstrate strong business acumen. 3、Team Collaboration --Coordinate internal teams to provide planning, training, and support that elevates overall marketing capability; lead capability modules to ensure efficient cross-team collaboration. --Participate in formulating the annual brand development plan, manage regional brand marketing targets (awareness and reputation), and drive execution of the marketing promotion plan within the annual business plan. 4、Market Intelligence Collection & Processing --Collect and analyze market data, consumer needs, and competitive intelligence to provide data-driven decision support for leadership.

Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above; Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing and product marketing; project management experience a plus. 3. Familiar with digital marketing and proficient in relevant tools and platforms. 4. Innovative mindset, adaptable to market changes, and capable of delivering targeted integrated marketing solutions.
