Taking responsible for the development and implementation of the regional media strategy including media cooperation, planning, placement, analysis and optimization (e.g. at the touchpoints TV, print, OOH, radio, podcast in close cooperation with the regions media agency and media group) Developing and executing comprehensive 360 media buy strategies (online and offline) across multiple European markets to drive brand awareness, brand consideration, and revenue growth. Supporting regional teams in achieving sales, brand, and communication goals Training and knowledge building of regional colleagues Creating of regular reports including recommendations for action for the continuous optimization of media activities Controlling of the regional media agency and creation of agency briefings Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure successful project execution.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field Proven experience as Media manager or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning, implementation, and analysis of media campaigns, ideally in a regional or global environment Interest in following advertising and media trends Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore) Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and multitasking abilities
