Key Responsibilities: 1.Works as a Project manager in Istanbul , Turkey , to set up a team for electrical machinery and CNC components supply for local clients ; 2.Focus on providing excellent customer service to local clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction; 3. Coordinate and manage the project, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities and complete their tasks on schedule. 4.Manage project delivery ;, identify the resource needs of the project team, and coordinate, manage, and allocate necessary resources. 5.Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, achieving client satisfaction.

Requirement : 1.Know local culture of Istanbul , Turkey 2.At least 5 years of project management experience, with preference given to those with oversea machinery and CNC components management experience. 3.Strong problem-solving skills and team leadership abilities. 4.Fluency in English and Turkish; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. 5.Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, able to adapt to teams and clients from diverse backgrounds.
