Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the successful delivery of solutions based on Cloud products at the customer's site, including but not limited to: a) Project planning and schedule management b) Delivery resource planning and project team management c) Project cost control d) Customer requirements management and customer communication. 2. During the project delivery and implementation, lead the team to solve the relevant problems in the process of deployment, upgrade and use in a timely manner. 3. Responsible for the communication and coordination between the delivery team and other departments, integrate internal and external delivery resources, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide new business needs. Job Overview: As a project manager, manages the implementation and delivery of projects including but not limited to application cloud migration, microservices, DevOps and enterprise-level PaaS platforms at the customer's site, and leads the project team to collaborate with the company's technical operation and maintenance and R&D teams inside and outside the customer's site during the project to complete the goals of the complete project cycle.

Competency Requirements: 1. Comprehensive ability a) Bachelor's degree b) Good communication skills c) Sense of teamwork d) Problem solving e) Chinese&Russian communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing) skills are preferred 2. Work experience a) More than 5 years of working experience in relevant technical fields, including more than 3 years of experience in project delivery at customer site, and at least 1 year of project management experience. b) Familiar with waterfall and agile software development processes, proficient in using popular software engineering related tools. c) More than 2 years of underlying R&D experience is preferred. d) Have the working background of cloud platform software product manufacturers, familiar with cloud platform or PaaS platform products, and have experience in cloud computing products is preferred. e) PMP certificate preferred; f) Experience in banking, securities, energy and other industries is preferred; 3. Technical requirements a) Familiarity with Linux b) Knowledge of cloud platform related networks, Docker/K8s, databases, and middleware c) Knowledge of microservices and DevOps
