1. Fully responsible for managing the construction progress, quality, cost control, safety, project documentation, and completion acceptance of photovoltaic power station projects. 2. Organize and manage the approval procedures for various stages of construction management. 3. Coordinate various aspects related to engineering construction. 4. Establish quality and safety management systems, and supervise on-site safety construction operations and management. 5. Organize engineering quality acceptance, completion acceptance, handover, and settlement work. 6. Manage the collection of advance payments, progress payments, settlement payments, etc.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in photovoltaics, electrical engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil engineering, or related fields. 2. Over five years of experience in photovoltaic engineering construction management. 3. Familiar with project management, project budgeting, site construction, and quality management. 4. Familiar with the photovoltaic power station construction process, with good communication and business negotiation skills. 5. Capable of site surveying, and able to prepare proposal documents, engineering bidding technical documents, etc. 6. Proficient in CAD drawing and Office software. 7. Able to drive, adapt to long-term overseas travel, and handle pressure well. 8. Good English communication skills.
