Job responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist in managing daily departmental affairs,
including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office premises, telephone reception, and invoice processing.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports in Chinese as per company requirements, along with handling other finance-related tasks.
Additional Tasks: Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as HR assistant tasks.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Office software, strong logical abilities and communication skills.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong learning and adaptation abilities, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience with video editing and image processing software is preferred.
Language Proficiency:
Business-level proficiency in French, English and Chinese is required.
Ensure smooth communication with both domestic teams and local suppliers.
