Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading Chinese and English administrative documents, and handle daily English emails, notices, briefings, meeting minutes and other clerical documents; 2. Be responsible for meeting room reservation, equipment debugging and on-site coordination, follow up the whole meeting arrangement and compose meeting minutes; 3. Receive visiting clients and international visitors, complete registration and guidance, and conduct basic English business communication;

Job Requirements： 1. Current student majoring in English or related disciplines, with TEM-4 or above proficiency; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing as a working language, capable of handling English documents, emails and receptions for international visitors; 2. Proficient in full sets of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook with efficient office operation skills; 3. Meticulous, rigorous and responsible at work with good communication skills, service awareness and teamwork spirit; 4. Presentable appearance with basic business etiquette, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously; 5. Able to ensure stable full-time internship attendance and long-term on-the-job availability;
