Job responsibilities
I. Role Description This is a close-support executive role, not a typical administrative clerk position. You will work directly with the CEO to handle daily affairs, coordinate international business operations, and facilitate cross-cultural communication. We expect you to grow into a key player for our Thailand business through 2–3 years of close support and on-the-job training. This is a close-support executive role, not a desk job. You will shadow the CEO daily and grow into a key player for our Thailand business. II. Core Responsibilities 1. Management of the CEO’s Daily Affairs (40%) · Coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule (meetings, travel, and hospitality), ensuring seamless timing · Handle restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and the full execution of travel itineraries · Manage all ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the CEO, ensuring “every request is acknowledged and every matter is resolved” Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, travel, dining, and all ad-hoc tasks with full follow-through. 2. Multilingual Communication and Business Support (40%) · Use English as the primary working language for daily communication and work reports with the CEO · Use Thai for email correspondence, phone calls, and on-site interpretation when dealing with Thai partners · Assist in drafting and translating English business emails and simple contract documents Use English as the primary working language with the CEO; use Thai for Thai partners; draft and translate business emails and documents. 3. Personal Travel and On-Site Support (20%) · Accompany the CEO on domestic and international business trips and handle all logistical arrangements during travel · Take notes, provide reminders, and coordinate on-site during business receptions, dinners, and meetings · Ensure the CEO’s communication remains uninterrupted and personal safety is maintained while traveling - Accompany the CEO on business trips, handle on-site logistics, take meeting minutes, and provide personal safety support.
Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements - Nationality: Thai Status in China: Currently in China with a valid student visa or residence permit Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (current students or recent graduates are both eligible) Language Skills: Native Thai speaker + fluent in English (working language) + Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 4 or above, or able to communicate seamlessly in daily situations Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license and be proficient at driving Soft Skills (What We Value Most) · Proactive: Does not wait for instructions; proactively identifies and resolves issues · Discreet: Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all of the CEO’s personal and professional matters · Physically fit: Able to adapt to high-intensity business travel and extended periods of accompanying the CEO on work assignments · Resilient under pressure: Able to quickly adjust one’s emotional state when faced with last-minute changes or criticism
