Job responsibilities
1. Technical support in the early stage of sales activities, providing customizable solutions for customers in system design (utility PV projects);
2. Ability to highlight the technical advantages of products and to find the weak points of competing products based on different systems and designs (BOS, LCOE, CAPEX analyses for different application scenarios);
3. Assist the sales in completing the communication, review, negotiation, and signing of tenders and contracts, as well as technical and related business documents, lead the consultation of any technology and products in the implementation of the project, and deal with any technical problems arising during the project implementation stage.
4. To work closely with the sales team to explore customers' pain points or needs, and to explore potential business opportunities and feedback;
5. To Study customer needs, to collect technical, application-wise, and main parameters requirements of major customers for new products and systems, to collect products and market information of competitors, to provide support for developing new products and improving existing products;
6. To collaborate with sales to visit customers regularly for product marketing and technical support, discuss the business goals, and establish cooperation intentions with customers; aside from solution marketing, new technology explanation, technical plan formulation, and technical cooperation with external resources need to be able to assist sales in closing a contract.
