Handle email correspondence, convey the original intent of clients to the production department, and ensure specific implementation. Independently manage follow-up work for the business department. Communicate with clients and factories, control order production, testing status, and progress. Address client complaints, organize and file related documents, and report updates. Sort, file, and report business-related materials.

College degree or above, majoring in international trade, marketing, business management, or related fields. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of independently handling client business in English; familiar with internal communication processes and structures of brands. Liaise with brand order departments, PLANING departments, QC/QA departments. Over 5 years of experience in follow-up work for mass production orders in footwear brands. Familiar with foreign trade processes, and have knowledge of footwear materials, quality, production processes, and shipping. Proficient in system entry for European and American clients; organized, with strong communication skills and stress tolerance.
