1. Worktime: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00, one hour lunch break.No office hours ;<br/>2. Lesson planning according to teaching materials, and students’ English level;<br/>3. Creating an environment to promote English interaction among Chinese students in the class;<br/>4. Observing and evaluating each student’s behavior and educational needs, and providing individualized instruction to each student as needed;<br/>5. Collaborating with other teachers, parents and administration and participating in regular meetings, seminars and trainings;<br/>6. Maximum teaching hours: 20 class hours per week (weekends off);<br/>7. Classs size: no more than 30 ( Primary school ) ;<br/>8. Class duration: 40 minutes .<br/>9. Grade : Primary school,grade 1&2 &3 <br/>

1. At least 2 years teaching experience or above;<br/>2. Excellent teaching ability of English speaking and listening;<br/>3. Bachelors degree or above;<br/>4. Clean criminal background;<br/>5. Certificate such asTESOL,TEFL or CELTA a huge plus.<br/>6. Native Englisk Speaker;
