Job responsibilities
1. Market development and sales execution
Responsible for expanding overseas markets for products such as photovoltaics, energy storage, brackets, and battery swapping, and developing major clients (government, power companies, EPC contractors, mining companies, etc.).
Provide customers with new energy system solutions (off grid/grid connected photovoltaics, energy storage microgrids, etc.) and promote project signing.
Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship and Project Management
Maintain international relationships with major clients, regularly visit key clients, and track project progress (bidding, negotiation, signing).
Lead business negotiations, coordinate technical teams to provide solution support, and ensure the smooth execution of contracts.
Handle customer complaints, provide quick solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Market analysis and competitive strategy
Collect and analyze overseas new energy policies, electricity pricing mechanisms, subsidy dynamics, and identify market opportunities.
Monitor competitors' products, prices, and marketing strategies, and propose targeted competitive solutions.
Regularly submit market reports to provide data support for the company's strategic adjustments.
4. Brand promotion and channel construction
Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
Develop a network of local agents and distributors, and establish long-term partnerships.
5. Cross departmental collaboration
Collaborate with headquarters technology and supply chain teams to ensure that products are adapted to local needs.
Assist the national general manager in establishing a local company and participate in team recruitment and training (sales, business positions).
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in engineering, energy, international trade, business English, or related fields.
Age: 25-40 years old, male or female, able to adapt to frequent business trips.
Fresh graduates: Strong English proficiency (TEM-8 or equivalent), strong willingness to learn, and the ability to accept expatriates can be cultivated. (African Region)
Experienced: More than 3 years of international sales experience, with a background in photovoltaic/energy storage/EPC project sales preferred. (Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, America)
