Implement the overall strategy and plan for KOL marketing in overseas markets, find and develop high-quality overseas celebrities, maintain celebrity relationships and reach cooperation; regularly analyze the promotion effect of celebrities, adjust the celebrity cooperation strategy in a timely manner through data analysis and evaluation, and select high-quality celebrities to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships; 3. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the community, regularly plan fan activities, maintain the activity of group fans, and promote the continuous, stable and healthy growth of community accounts; 4. Responsible for negotiating marketing and promotion content with KOL and KOC celebrities, evaluating their value, selecting KOL and KOC celebrities that match the company to promote cooperation, and assisting overseas platform off-site promotion; 5. Introduce social media operation service providers and daily communication and management.

1. More than 2 years of experience in overseas mainstream social media corporate account operation and celebrity marketing, familiar with traffic algorithms and popular trends of various overseas media platforms, and rich European and American MCN/KOL resources; 2. Able to independently plan fan activities and complete activity execution; 3. Have a good user service awareness, attach importance to user communication, and be able to patiently solve problems raised by fans and users; 4. Have strong resource management and business negotiation capabilities, and have the ability to manage suppliers, control top resources, and incubate mid- and low-end KOL resources; 5. Have good English skills, communication skills, project management skills, copywriting creativity and planning skills, and understand European and American cultural customs and consumer preferences.
