1.全面负责海外项目食堂、超市的日常运营管理，确保服务稳定、高效。 2.监督餐饮及零售原材料的采购来源、质量、价格与数量，执行验收抽查制度，保障物资合规与成本可控。 3.负责收集、审核与分析餐饮/零售成本、营收数据，定期提交运营报表，协助进行成本优化与收益评估。 4.组织实施服务满意度调查，根据反馈推动各门店改进服务质量与运营流程。 5.监督检查门店食品留样、卫生环境及安全生产，确保符合公司标准与法律规定。 6.督导各直营与加盟门店执行公司统一的销售政策、菜品上架与下架机制，及时调整畅销与滞销品结构。 7.协助解决各门店在运营中遇到的各类问题，提供必要支持与培训，确保门店顺利运转。 8.完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of canteens and supermarkets at overseas projects to ensure stable and efficient services. Supervise the procurement source, quality, price and quantity of F&B and retail raw materials, implement the acceptance and random inspection system, and ensure compliance of materials and controllable costs. Be responsible for collecting, verifying and analyzing F&B/retail cost and revenue data, submitting operation reports on a regular basis, and assisting in cost optimization and revenue evaluation. Organize and conduct service satisfaction surveys, and drive service quality and operational process improvements for all stores based on feedback. Supervise and inspect food sample retention, sanitary conditions and work safety of stores to ensure compliance with corporate standards and legal regulations. Supervise the implementation of the company’s unified sales policies, dish shelving and delisting mechanisms in all direct and franchise stores, and adjust the structure of bestselling and slow-moving products in a timely manner. Assist in solving various operational problems of all stores, provide necessary support and training, and ensure the smooth operation of stores. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

1.具备3年以上大型食堂、连锁超市或餐饮零售行业运营管理经验。 2.能适应海外工作环境，接受长期派驻或频繁出差（主要在马来西亚、泰国、新加坡等国家）。 3.具备较强的沟通协调能力、数据分析意识和食品安全意识。 4.责任心强，能独立处理多任务，具备一定的跨文化适应能力。 5.有海外工作或餐饮、零售行业质量管理经验者优先。 Have 3+ years of operational management experience in large canteens, chain supermarkets or the F&B retail industry. Be adaptable to overseas working environments and accept long-term posting or frequent business trips (mainly in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and other countries). Possess strong communication and coordination skills, a keen sense of data analysis and food safety awareness. Be highly responsible, capable of handling multiple tasks independently, and have a certain ability to adapt to cross-cultural environments. Candidates with overseas working experience or quality management experience in the F&B/retail industry will be preferred.
