Job Description工作职责 1. Setting effective annual F&B plan and budget, balance the cost control and market profits.制定有效的餐饮年度计划及预算，控制成本同时保证市场收益与目标相一致； 2. Maximizes food and beverage revenues by ensuring optimal use of restaurant space and most cost-effective management.通过合理利用餐厅的空间及成本效益管理来确保餐饮收益最大化； 3. Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events, discount schemes etc. Spare no effort to improve the influence and popularity for restaurant through sound brand image and wide channels.策划市场活动，比如促销项目及折扣方案等,持续提升餐厅在美国当地的影响力及知名度，为树立良好品牌形象打造扎实基础并拓宽宣传渠道； 4. Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.招募、培训、管理以及激励员工 5. Respond to customer queries and complaints in time; 适时处理客人的投诉及抱怨 6. Ensures that food quality and service standards are met in all areas of the restaurant as pertains to physical appearance, maintenance and cleanliness.通过对餐厅形象维护，建筑维修及卫生清洁，确保餐厅各方面的菜品质量和服务标准达到要求。
