Job responsibilities
I. Position Information
Position Title: Foreign-Related Specialist (Remote Work)
Work Nature: Remote online work
full time could provide :Working visa in China
Salary Range: 1,000 - 10,000 RMB + unlimited upside, with a diversified compensation model including base salary, commission, performance pay, and bonuses. II. Position Responsibilities
Talent Screening and Communication: Collect resumes of foreign-related talents through multiple channels. Use professional knowledge and tools to accurately screen and evaluate resumes, identifying potential talents who meet the job requirements. Proactively communicate effectively with candidates, provide detailed information about the company and the position, answer candidates' questions, and establish a good communication foundation and talent relationship.
Job Matching and Interview Arrangement: Thoroughly analyze the requirements of various foreign-related positions. Combine factors such as candidates' professional skills, work experience, and career plans to scientifically and reasonably match people with positions. Coordinate with relevant departments within the company and candidates to arrange interview times, determine interview formats, follow up on the interview process, and promptly feedback interview results to ensure the smooth and efficient progress of the interview process.
Salary Negotiation and Recruitment Follow-up: Conduct salary negotiations with candidates who have passed the interview. Based on the company's salary system and market conditions, and in line with candidates' expectations, reach mutually satisfactory salary and employment conditions. Assist in issuing employment notices, collecting onboarding materials, and other work to facilitate candidates' smooth entry into the company.
Probationary Period Support: Continuously monitor the work status and adaptation of new employees during their probationary period. Timely coordinate and resolve problems that new employees encounter in work and life, help new employees quickly integrate into the team, complete the adaptation period successfully, and ensure talent retention.
Other Tasks: Complete other temporary foreign-related human resources tasks assigned by superiors. Actively respond to various emergencies and ad-hoc requirements, providing comprehensive support for the company's foreign-related talent recruitment and management work.

III. Qualification Requirements
Language Proficiency: Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling fluent English communication in business settings. Proficiency in other foreign languages (such as French, German, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
Educational Background: Preferred majors include human resources management, human resources services, international trade, foreign languages, etc. The major requirement can be appropriately relaxed for those with rich foreign-related human resources work experience.
Work Experience: Prior experience in foreign-related human resources services, cross-border e-commerce talent recruitment, international trade talent management, etc., is preferred. Familiarity with foreign-related talent recruitment processes, international human resources management rules, and relevant policies and regulations.
Skill Requirements: Proficient in using various office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.). Good online communication and collaboration skills, able to proficiently use video conferencing software (such as Zoom, Teams, etc.) for work. Familiar with common human resources management systems and recruitment platforms.
Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork spirit. Excellent adaptability and problem-solving abilities, able to respond promptly to various emergencies. Good time management skills and self-motivation, able to adapt to the online work model and complete tasks independently.
