Job responsibilities
1、Formulate and efficiently implement localized recruitment strategies based on the company’s overseas business strategies, to accurately attract and select top-tier talents who align with the company culture. 2、Take full responsibility for managing and continuously optimizing the overseas recruitment process, improving the overall efficiency of the entire process—from demand alignment and talent sourcing to offer extension—and enhancing the candidate experience. 3、Conduct in-depth research and analysis on talent dynamics, salary trends, and competitive landscapes in overseas target markets, to provide forward-looking decision-making suggestions for the business departments’ talent layout and acquisition. 4、Establish a recruitment data tracking and evaluation system, and drive the continuous iteration and optimization of recruitment strategies and methods through key indicator analysis.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Human Resources, English, Psychology, and Business Management. 2、At least 3 years of full-time recruitment experience, proficient in the entire recruitment process, and familiar with the characteristics of overseas recruitment markets and relevant labor laws and regulations. 3、Possess excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, and be able to collaborate efficiently with internal and external partners. 4、Able to adapt to a fast-paced and diverse international work environment, with strong multitasking abilities and pressure resistance. 5、English communication skills are a mandatory requirement. 6、Foreign national applicants are welcome.
