Job Responsibilities 1、Develop and implement offline channel sales and market entry strategies for the European region (or designated countries), with a key focus on breaking into the German market; 2、Expand and maintain key retail channel resources such as offline supermarkets and chain stores, and establish long-term cooperative relationships; 3、Coordinate collaboration between the domestic team and the local market to promote product entry, display optimization and promotional activities; 4、Collect market trends, competitive information and customer feedback to provide suggestions for product and channel strategies; 5、Achieve sales targets and increase the brand's offline penetration rate and market share in the European market. 工作职责： 1、制定并执行欧洲区域（或指定国家）的线下渠道销售与市场进入策略，重点突破德国市场； 2、拓展和维护线下商超、连锁门店等关键零售渠道资源，建立长期合作关系； 3、协调国内团队与本地市场的协作，推动产品入驻、陈列优化及促销活动； 4、收集市场动态、竞争信息及客户反馈，为产品和渠道策略提供建议； 5、完成销售目标，提升品牌在欧洲市场的线下渗透率与市场份额。
