Responsible for class management and early childhood education for children aged 3 to 6. Bachelor's degree or above in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or related fields<br/>At least 3 years of experience as a home room teacher in a kindergarten, familiar with daily routines and class management; experience with all age groups from 0 to 6 years old is preferred<br/>Strong curriculum design and classroom management skills, ability to observe and assess children, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and problem-solving abilities<br/>Holding a PGCE certificate is a plus<br/><br/>Core Requirements (For Native English Speakers)<br/>Mandatory Requirements: Native English speaker, Bachelor's degree, TEFL certificate, and no criminal record
