Start date: August 2026;
Location: Minhang disrtrict, Shanghai Close to Longxi Road Station of Line 10;
Job Details:
1. Working days: Monday to Friday;
2. Working times: 8:00am-12:30am;
3. Students' age: 2-3 years old;
4. Class size: up to 16 kids;
Requirements:
1. Native English Speaker;
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Good international kindergarten homeroom experience;
4. Female;
Benefits:
1. A yearly salary of RMB 167500 before tax;
2. Housing allowance: 7,811RMB (before tax) per month;
3. Lunch allowance: 50RMB (before tax) per working day
4. Performance Bonus: 10,000 RMB (before tax) end of contract bonus；
5. Comprehensive Medical Insurance (currently AXA);
6. Paid holidays: Chinese public holidays, approx. 2 weeks for spring festival, 3 weeks for Christmas, 1 week for Easter. 6-7 weeks off in the summer；
7. Roundtrip airfare either purchased or reimbursed depending on situation (up to 6,000 RMB per year)；
8. Extra Student Fee if the class size is over 16 students；
9. 7 days paid sick leave per school year；
10. Chinese New Year bonus (Hongbao)；
11. Termly performance bonus paid basing on individual working performance；
