Thailand (Bangkok preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced **National Channel Development & Operations Manager** to lead and expand our distribution channels in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have strong channel strategy, partner management and sales operations experience, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute channel strategy to drive market expansion and revenue growth. - Identify, guide and manage key distributors, retailers and partners to improve market coverage. - Optimize channel performance through data-driven insights and operational improvements. - Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) and external partners. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of channel development and operations experience, preferably vivo, Xiaotiancai or similar consumer electronics brands. - Have a strong network and familiarity with the Thai retail/distribution market. - Results-oriented with a history of successfully expanding market share. - Thai nationality preferred; Thai-Chinese candidates may also be considered. - Fluent in Thai and English (Chinese preferred). Skill requirements: - Experience in consumer electronics, smart devices or related industries. - Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
