Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced **National Channel Development and Operations Manager** to lead and expand our distribution channels in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should have strong channel strategy, partner management and sales operations experience and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute channel strategy to drive market expansion and revenue growth. - Identify, guide and manage key distributors, retailers and partners to improve market coverage. - Optimize channel performance through data-driven insights and operational improvements. - Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) and external partners. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in channel development and operations, preferably involving brands such as vivo, Xiaochengtian, smart wearables, projectors, or similar consumer electronics. - Strong network of contacts and familiarity with the Thai retail/distribution market. - Results-oriented with a proven track record of successfully expanding market share. - Vietnamese nationality preferred; Chinese-Vietnamese candidates are more suitable. - Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (knowledge of Chinese is an advantage). Skill requirements: - Experience in consumer electronics, smart devices or related industries. - Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
