1.Maintain productive relationships with local logistics (and warehousing) providers to achieve optimal service levels. 2.Research on solutions of fulfillment & logistics operations, including the readiness for peak seasons to maintain business continuity. 3.Gather information of local market to support the optimization of logistics and warehousing solutions to propose cost-effective logistics opportunities that contribute to stable business operations. 4.Support the overseas/local logistics team to help optimize business processes and handle daily exceptions to maintain smooth operation. 5.Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery processes and cost savings

1.At least 3 years of experience or equivalent relevant experience in a top logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company. Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred. 2.Fluent in English and German. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. 3.Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand. 4.Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.
