1. 市场战略与业绩达成 Market Strategy & Performance Achievement 根据公司总体战略，制定所负责国家/地区的年度销售计划、渠道规划及市场进入策略，对区域整体业绩（销售额、利润率、市场占有率）负全责。 Develop annual sales plans, channel strategies, and market entry strategies for the target country/region in alignment with the company's overall strategy, taking full responsibility for regional performance (sales revenue, profit margin, market share). 深入分析目标市场的政策法规、经济环境、消费习惯与竞争格局，定期输出市场洞察报告，为总部决策提供数据支持与风险预警。 Conduct in-depth analysis of the target market's policies, economic environment, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, regularly delivering market insight reports to provide data-driven support and risk early warnings for headquarters' decision-making. 2. 渠道体系建设 | Channel System Development 主导搭建覆盖国代、省代、批发商及零售终端的完整渠道体系，制定渠道分级管理制度与合作伙伴准入标准。 Lead the establishment of a comprehensive channel system covering national distributors, provincial agents, wholesalers, and retail terminals, developing channel tiering management systems and partner admission standards. 建立渠道价格体系与利润分配机制，防范窜货与价格混乱，维护健康的市场秩序。 Establish channel pricing systems and profit distribution mechanisms, preventing cross-region selling and price disruption to maintain healthy market order. 3. 客户开发与关系管理 | Customer Development & Relationship Management 亲自开发并维护核心大客户及战略代理商，建立高层级合作关系，推动年度框架协议签订与目标对齐。 Personally develop and maintain key accounts and strategic agents, establish high-level cooperative relationships, and facilitate the signing of annual framework agreements and goal alignment. 主导重大项目/大订单的商务谈判、合同签订及履约跟进，确保项目落地与回款。 Lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, and fulfillment follow-up for major projects/orders, ensuring project execution and payment collection. 4. 品牌建设与市场推广 | Brand Building & Marketing 协同市场推广团队制定本地化品牌传播策略，统筹新品上市、渠道招商会、行业展会等重大市场活动。 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized brand communication strategies, coordinating major market activities such as new product launches, channel recruitment events, and industry exhibitions. 维护品牌在当地的声誉与形象，处理重大客户投诉与危机事件。 Maintain the brand's local reputation and image, and handle major customer complaints and crisis events. 5. 团队建设与合规管理 | Team Building & Compliance Management 搭建并管理本地化团队（销售、市场、售后等），制定团队KPI与激励机制，培养后备人才梯队。 Build and manage a localized team (sales, marketing, after-sales, etc.), develop team KPIs and incentive mechanisms, and cultivate a talent pipeline. 确保业务运营符合当地法律法规（贸易合规、税务、劳工等），识别并管控政治经济风险。 Ensure business operations comply with local laws and regulations (trade compliance, taxation, labor, etc.), and identify and manage political and economic risks.

【任职要求】 | QUALIFICATIONS 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. 5年以上海外市场开拓或国际销售经验，其中2年以上团队管理经验，有目标国家市场实战经验者优先。 5+ years of overseas market development or international sales experience, including 2+ years of team management experience; hands-on experience in the target market is preferred. 3. 具备从0到1搭建海外渠道网络的成功案例，熟悉经销商/代理商管理模式。 Proven track record of building overseas channel networks from scratch; familiar with distributor/agent management models. 4. 英语可作为工作语言，具备商务谈判级口语及书面能力；掌握目标市场本地语言者优先。 English as a working language with business-level oral and written communication skills; knowledge of the local language of the target market is a plus. 5. 具备创业家精神，能适应长期驻外或高频出差，跨文化沟通能力和抗压能力强。 Entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to long-term overseas assignments or frequent business travel, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and stress resistance.
