1. Priority will be given to those with experience in online translation; 2. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Indonesian languages, fluent in spoken English; 3. Familiar with online literature and original websites, with extensive reading experience, passionate about online novels, and a certain sensitivity to content; 4. Having an understanding of cultural differences and possessing cross-cultural communication skills; 5. Calm, patient, and have a good team spirit; 6. Strong communication and organizational skills.
