1. Proficient in IATF16949 and ISO9000, with rich experience in building and upgrading 16949 quality management systems, able to carry out systematic process sorting, and optimize the system framework and content in combination with existing problems; 2. lead the establishment of a quality training system from research and development to production, from management to grassroots level, and enhance the quality awareness of all employees; 3. experience in the quality of vehicle motor and controller products is necessary, guide quality improvement in each link from failure modes, reduce quality risks, and improve quality indicators; 4. As the Quality Director, lead organizational changes in the quality department and improve the overall quality management level and efficiency of the department for the whole group.

1. Master's degree or above; 2. More than 15 years of relevant quality work experience, including 5+ SOP projects; 3. Having experience as an IATF16949 auditor with a large company scale, and having experience in guiding others to conduct IATF16949 audits; 4. Having experience in the positions of AQE (Research and Development Quality) Director, Quality Director, and Quality Manager; 5.
