Quality Inspection & improvement Engineer, Quality Management ? What You’ll Do Quality Inspection & Testing Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection as per defined sampling plans and specifications. Perform Safety, functional, aesthetic, and reliability testing of products and components. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, defect logs, and test records. Assist in developing and updating inspection checklists, control plans, and test procedures. Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all tested samples. Quality Improvement Co-ordinate with manufacturing partners for root-cause analysis using problem-solving tools (5 Why, 8D, etc). Support suppliers and manufacturing partners in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Participate in audits at Manufacturing sites. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with India team and manufacturing partners for quality concerns, defect validation, and improvement activities. Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally to relevant stakeholders. Provide technical support during new product development (NPD) build and pilot runs. Documentation & Compliance Maintain structured records of quality metrics, inspection data, and improvement activities.

Who Are You? ●Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field will be preferred. ●Background: 1–7 years of experience in product inspection, quality engineering, or testing, Experience in consumer products, appliances, electronics, or manufacturing preferred. ●Experience in consumer products, appliances, electronics, or manufacturing preferred. ●Strong knowledge of inspection methods, sampling plans, and test procedures. ● Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and measurement tools. ●Basic knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCA, 5 Why). ●Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with CFT and Manufacturing partners. ●Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ●Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP (added advantage). ●Skillset: RCA, 8D, MS Excel, excellent communication skills. ●Competencies: Detail-oriented and systematic approach to work, Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn, Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, High sense of ownership and accountability.
