1. Responsible for English translation of contracts, documents, tenders and other materials, as well as sorting, filing and archiving relevant Chinese and English documents. 2. Responsible for translation, reception and other work during communication, negotiation and exchanges with international clients. 3. Provide interpreting services for foreign clients or employees, and assist with airport pick-up and drop-off, accommodation arrangement, work coordination, etc. 4. Undertake meeting arrangements for various company meetings, take meeting minutes and file them properly. 5.Translate sales materials, contracts, product descriptions, emails and other documents between Chinese and English. 6. Complete system business applications, follow-ups and other tasks assigned by supervisors. 7. Undertake other tasks and assignments assigned by superior leaders.

1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; foreign language major with TEM-8 or equivalent certificate. Proficiency in English, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hungarian, Japanese, or Korean is acceptable. 2. Relevant major or at least 1 year of professional working experience. Must understand the characteristics and translation rules of at least two languages (e.g. Chinese-English), with excellent written and oral translation skills. 3. Background and project experience in the construction machinery industry is preferred. Responsible, proactive, structured thinking, service-oriented, efficient execution, rigorous and detail-oriented. 4. Chinese nationals living and studying locally, or local citizens are both acceptable. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing, positive, eager to learn, and able to work under moderate workload and pressure. Willing to travel overseas for long periods; minimum 120 overseas business days per year.
