Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external brands on joint marketing campaigns to help acquire more users and realize revenue growth. - Independently identify, source and close high-impact partnership deals with gaming and non-gaming companies. This includes strategizing within the industry by applying relevant data points, making informed decisions, and including key internal team members throughout the process from initial negotiation to execution to ensure successful long-term partnerships. - Partner with influencers to produce viral video content to drive traffic and brand awareness. - Responsible for delivering original, groundbreaking creative for marketing campaigns, working with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop localized creative that aligns with global brand direction. - Provide creative guidance and direction to the marketing team to ensure consistency of tone and visuals across marketing programs. - Build the creative team in Indonesia, establish processes to identify the best creative talent, and manage the efficiency of the entire team to improve quality and turnaround time while consistently delivering projects that will help Lita grow in the APAC region .
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and excel in ambiguous situations. - Experience ranging from partner sourcing to independently closing large strategic transactions. - Has worked in a highly corporate culture environment. - Experience managing internal creative teams, creative agencies, production companies and other creative vendors. - Experience representing a region in a global company and comfortable pitching creative concepts to senior stakeholders. - Experience working in a role that requires in-depth knowledge of Indonesia (and ideally other SE Asian countries). - Background in gaming, live streaming or digital content entertainment. - Fluency in English or Chinese is required. - Relationships with top game studios, game content creators, esports teams or esports tournaments are preferred.
