However, experience in delivering end-to-end (0–1) C-end (consumer-facing) app interaction design projects is required.After submitting your portfolio, you will be asked to complete a design test.If you are not willing to take the test, please do not apply for this role.Qualifications & Skills1/ Bachelor’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or related fields is preferred;2/ 5+ years of experience in interaction design or UI/UX design in the gaming industry; candidates with experience in launching full-cycle game projects are preferred;3/ Proficient in using mainstream design tools to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes;4/ Strong understanding of user experience design principles, information architecture, and human-computer interaction, with solid hands-on experience;5/ Excellent logical thinking and system thinking, with the ability to handle complex information structures.6/ Fluent in mandarin Chinese.Passion & Understanding of Games1/A passionate and experienced gamer with exposure to a wide variety of game genres;2/Familiar with interaction characteristics and design differences across platforms;3/Able to think from a player’s perspective, with strong sensitivity to user experience.Thank you.HR
