We work in the premier International Schools and Compounds in the City and offer a wide range of sports coaching sessions, leagues and camps during the year. Job Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of our organizational and administration operations through working in partnership with the Marketing Manager, Customer Service Staff and International Coaching Team. Key Tasks: •Working closely with the General Manager to monitor, manage and evaluate business processes and practice to ensure we are working effectively to improve operational procedures and increasing class numbers. •To coordinate and oversee our customer enquiries, registrations, feedback and payment collection processes to ensure the highest quality of customer care is offered at all times and all responses are given within 24 hours. •To be able to communicate to a fluent level of Chinese and English using email, SMS, verbal and face to face communication. •To build positive working relationships with venues and compounds regarding bookings, payments, schedules and facilities. •To manage and constantly update our database of potential and existing customer contacts, ensuring all contact details we have for customers are accurate. •To manage and coordinate all holiday camps, including booking venues, arranging coach schedules and liaising with customers to ensure we achieve the maximum number of students on every camp. •To update and monitor all information on our website to ensure the most accurate information for all programs is visible. •Managing and supervising interns ensuring interns have clearly defined goals, projects and tasks. •Monitoring the financial reports from venues where we have specific performance related agreements. •Attending marketing events and promotional days at international schools and compounds, preparing all relevant materials to promote all programs to the highest standards. •To prepare and approve flyers, posters and other marketing material with Customer Service representative and interns. •Please send CV's to(login to check email)along with salary expectations and covering letter.

Candidate Requirements: •Must be local Chinese. •3-4 years relevant work experience in educations administration, events management etc. •Fluent and confident in oral English. •Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. •Willing and able to work the occasional weekends. •Salary 5000-7000 depending on experience
