Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's LED products in the African local market, expanding market share;
2. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationship with customers, provide professional product consultation and after-sales service;
3. Research and analyze the African market demand, timely feedback market information, put forward sales strategy;
4. Assist the team to formulate and achieve sales targets, and promote the company's business growth;
5. Regularly report on sales progress to ensure the realization of individual and team performance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. African Chinese students or exchange students, or fresh graduates. Able to understand and adapt to the cultural differences between China and Africa, willing to stay in Africa for a long time;
3. Experience is not limited, experience in LED industry, display or electronic components related field is preferred;
4. English can be used as working language, able to communicate effectively with international customers and teams;
5. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, strong negotiation skills and teamwork spirit;
6. Able to withstand certain work pressure and have certain market development ability.
