1. To support ESMC FAC (Facility) Division business. 2. Managers meeting scheduling, reminding and attendance if required. 3. Administrative work, Projects support, budget management and logistic handling. 4. Response to internal and external business inquiries. 5. Planning and organizing visitor events and soft team building activities. 6. To well co-work across organizations. 7. Facility division document control and setup.

1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. 5+ years of admin related working experience, familiar with work related system and process. 3. Familiar with German customs and culture, with living experience in Germany preferred. Language Skills: 1. Excellent German language skills. 2. Fluent in English in all aspects.
