Based in Shenzhen, the Sales Specialist will lead our operations in different districts in Europe and Latin America, playing a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic initiatives within the region. This role will oversee all aspects of our business in Europe and Latin America, with a specific focus on retail operations, and will frequently travel to Europe or and Latin America for business development, market expansion, and store visits. 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 2. 1-5 years of management experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably in retail. 3. Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, particularly in the Europe and Latin America retail market. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Fluency in English is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in local business languages (such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese etc.). 6. Experience in a multi-cultural work environment, with a deep understanding of Europe and Latin America business practices and cultural nuances."
