1. Work with the Sales Leaders, Data Scientist and Project Managers to identify questions and issues for data annotation projects 2. Execute techniques and theories drawn from areas of mathematics, statistics, and information technology to uncover patterns in data 3. Build solutions and automated processed to organize and cleanse data into the correct format so it be ready for usage in human annotation tools 4. Collect and format annotated data according to client's requirements Utilize academic best practices to improve our current data environments 5. Provide recommendations and proposals to Sales Leaders and Project Managers on suggested improvements and efficiency opportunities

1. May extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques 2. A thorough understanding of machine learning, data annotation and other advanced analytical methods 3. Proficient in Python and/or R 4. Strong analytical thinking skills 5. Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) 6. The ability to work within and across teams 7. Currently live in China
