College degree or above in engineering management, engineering cost, etc., familiar with international business laws and regulations. More than 3 years of experience in engineering business bidding, those with relevant overseas work experience are preferred. Proficient in Excel modeling and cost software (such as Glodon), familiar with international engineering quantity calculation rules. Those who can use English as a working language are preferred.
