Revenue Execution • Close initial pilot mandates • Convert pilots into longer-term engagements • Establish recurring or repeatable revenue streams 4. Commercial Infrastructure • Define pricing logic and engagement models • Build basic CRM and tracking processes • Develop a repeatable sales methodology suitable for complex consulting.

Who You Are You are a commercial operator who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals—regardless of the industry. You have a proven track record of generating revenue from scratch, navigating complex buying processes, and turning initial opportunities into signed contracts. You thrive in early-stage, unstructured environments and are comfortable building pipelines, processes, and revenue engines from zero. You can translate technical capabilities into compelling business value, communicate confidently with both clients and internal technical teams, and maintain momentum through long or complex sales cycles. Compensation This is a partnership defined by skin in the game. We are building for long-term equity value, not a monthly paycheck. Founder Equity: A substantial equity stake reflecting your role in the firm's foundation and long-term upside. Revenue Participation: Immediate participation in the gross revenue of all mandates originated and managed by the Partner. Pre-Interview Alignment Before we schedule a discussion, please ensure you are aligned with the following: 1. Compensation Model: Are you comfortable with a compensation structure that is exclusively equity-based during this initial phase? 2.
