We’re seeking a hands-on Business Developer / Product Manager to join us in China to help grow our Luxury Packaging & Accessories segment. Our focus is on creating tailored premium solutions such as watch boxes, jewelry boxes, and fashion bags for independent and emerging brands. What You’ll Do • Take customer interest and turn it into reality: from concept → prototype → confirmed order. • Coordinate with our design team to ensure quality and keeping timelines. • Manage product development details (CMF): materials, finishes, packaging, and customization. • Communicate with international clients to clarify requirements and provide updates. • Research trends and propose new product ideas for luxury packaging and accessories. • Solve everyday problems

• Foreign national, preferably from Europe. • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a strong plus, along with working knowledge of Chinese. • Background in product management, project coordination, or development. • Experience with watch boxes, jewelry boxes, bags, or similar premium products is highly desirable. • Work on-site in Shenzhen (Longhua district), China. • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects without constant supervision.
