1.Drive business development initiatives, establish and maintain global client relationships. 2.Formulate overseas market BD strategies, proactively identify and expand ecosystem partner resources such as exchanges, blockchain project teams, and industry associations, building a long-term, stable cooperative network to provide resource support for business expansion. 3.Establish long-term partnerships, promote trading growth, achieve performance targets, and enhance overall business performance. 4.Cross-departmental Coordination and Promotion: Collaborate with internal technical, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure efficient handoffs during listing processes, including technical integration, compliance reviews, and launch promotions, resolving cross-departmental issues in cooperation. 5.Business Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead business negotiations with overseas partners (covering cooperation terms, fee structures, definition of rights and obligations, etc.), draft and review cooperation agreements to safeguard the company's interests and mitigate collaboration risks.

1.Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of overseas BD experience in the blockchain industry. 2.Resources & Capabilities: Priority will be given to candidates possessing core resources with major global exchanges, market makers, and overseas institutional clients. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business negotiation techniques, proficient in using English as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 3.Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of purpose and execution ability, adaptable to business travel, resilient under pressure. Experience working in a startup team environment is preferred. 4.Professional demeanor with a good presence, capable of handling external relations appropriately and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
