Job responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop the annual business plan for the responsible country in line with the group's strategic goals (covering sales, marketing, channel expansion, etc.) and drive its implementation; - Analyze local market trends, competitor dynamics, and policy environments, optimize regional strategies to ensure the achievement of market share and performance targets. 2. Team Management and Empowerment: - Assemble and manage the local marketing/market team, establish team incentive mechanisms, and enhance personnel efficiency; - Lead localization training (such as standardized ground promotion processes, sales pitches, and digital tool usage, etc.) to ensure the team meets the required capabilities. 3. Channel Expansion and Operation: - Deeply cultivate relationships with original equipment manufacturers (such as automakers) and internet resources, and establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local dealers and partners (such as used car platforms, internet platforms, etc.); - Optimize the layout of online and offline channels (such as ground promotion activities, store expansion, digital marketing, etc.) to enhance brand penetration and customer conversion rates. 4. Business Implementation and Execution: - Lead the implementation of key regional projects (such as used car roadshows, offline promotion of internet platforms, and expansion of local life services, etc.), ensuring project progress and ROI; - Manage local budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. 5. Customer Relationship and Brand Building: - Maintain relationships with local government, industry associations, and key customers to enhance the company's brand image and local influence; - Handle major customer complaints and crisis public relations incidents to ensure business compliance. 6. Data-driven and Optimization: - Regularly analyze sales, marketing, and operation data (such as ground promotion conversion rate, customer retention rate, ROI, etc.) and propose improvement plans; - Promote the implementation of digital tools (such as CRM, BI systems) in the region to enhance management efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Over 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years of management experience (preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry or the Internet sector); - Possessing experience in Internet ground promotion (such as used car promotion, local life service promotion like Meituan/Didi, O2O platform promotion, etc.), familiar with ground promotion team management, offline event execution and effect evaluation; - Having working experience in the automotive manufacturing industry or related fields (such as sales, marketing, channel management), understanding the channel system and business processes of automotive manufacturers. 2. Competencies and Qualities: - Cross-cultural management ability: Capable of adapting to different cultural and business environments in the Middle East, Latin America, Southeast Asia, etc., with experience in cross-regional collaboration; - Market acumen: Able to quickly identify local market demands and formulate differentiated strategies; - Team leadership: Skilled in team building, motivation, and talent development; - Business negotiation skills: Proficient in conducting efficient business communication with governments, clients, and partners; - Data-driven thinking: Capable of guiding business decisions through data analysis. 3. Other Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in management, marketing, business or related fields; - Fluent in English (able to use it as a working language), proficiency in local languages is preferred; - Willing to accept long-term overseas assignments and adapt to overseas work and living environments; - Possess good stress resistance and problem-solving skills.
