Provide after-sales technical support for photovoltaic energy storage inverters and energy storage battery products, offering technical consultation to customers, addressing installation issues and operation guidance for overseas clients. Conduct technical training for new sales staff, frontline service personnel, agents, distributors, and customers to help users better understand and use the products. Promptly handle overseas customer inquiries, equipment failures, arrange machine replacements, and provide remote technical support. Regularly summarize and analyze failure causes, provide timely feedback to the R&D department, and propose product optimization suggestions. Standardize after-sales technical documentation for energy storage products, and compile operation and maintenance manuals.

College degree or above, with preference for majors in electrical automation, electronic information engineering, or automation. At least 1 year of relevant after-sales experience in the new energy industry. Proficient English communication is mandatory; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, French) is a plus. Familiarity with power electronics technology and after-sales operations of new energy storage systems. Experience in pre-sales support and quality exception handling is preferred, especially in power supply industries such as UPS, frequency converters, and inverters. Strong team collaboration spirit, execution ability, integrity, and quick learning ability. Excellent communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, and willingness to accept overseas business trips or residency.
