Job responsibilities
1、Responsible for DACH Region retail channel developmentor countries;Introduce products into right channels; Establish strong and sustainable relationship with target retailers in the region
2、Manage target products pricing with distributors and retailers including set up mapping price strategy, products portfolios strategy , plan and implement channel promotion campaigns, channel PSI management and MDF management;
3、Plan channel marketing activities and supervise the implementation, review timely with HQ; elevate brand position and increase market share among the competitors in the category;
4、Monitor competitor dynamics and update to HQ with an in-depth understanding of the local related industry, get acknowledged with competitors’ current situation and plans to guide HQ for strategical planning;
5、Coordinate with HQ sales support team or local supply chain team to make sure products delivery can meet target schedule;
1. 负责 DACH 地区（或相关国家）零售渠道开发：将产品引入合适的渠道，与该地区目标零售商建立稳固且可持续的合作关系。
2. 与分销商和零售商协同管理目标产品定价：包括制定价格策略、产品组合策略，规划并执行渠道促销活动，以及渠道 PSI（产品销售指标）管理和市场开发资金（MDF）管理。
3. 规划渠道营销活动并监督执行，及时与总部复盘；提升品牌在品类竞争中的地位，扩大市场份额。
4. 监控竞争对手动态并深入分析本地相关行业趋势，向总部同步竞品现状及策略规划，为总部战略决策提供依据。
5. 协调总部销售支持团队或本地供应链团队，确保产品交付符合目标进度。
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor Degree or above;
2、8-10 years working experiences in CE related industry with a good understanding of local KA policy, preferably with working experiences of an established brand in DACH region;
3、Self-driven and target-oriented working mindset; acceptable for business travels;
4、Passionate, good at coordination, dynamic and forward- thinking;
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 8-10 年消费电子（CE）相关行业经验，熟悉本地重点客户（KA）政策，有 DACH 地区知名品牌工作经验者优先。
3. 具备自驱型和目标导向的工作思维，能接受商务出差。
