Job responsibilities
1)Help our distributors to provide technical support to dealer/SI customers including pre-sales to after-sales; 2)Discuss with customers and engineers to determine system requirements, and provide the suitable product models and solutions; 3)Deliver training to the distributors and Dealer/SI team; 4)Hold events together with distributors to demonstrate Uniview’s products and solutions to dealer/SI; 5)Secure orders with sales teams; 6)Plan and customize products to meet customer needs; 7)Help clients solve key problems that need onsite presence or coordinate with tech support team to find solutions; 8)Recommend and cross reference improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase the value; 9)Help in researching and developing new products by gathering customer requirements.
Job Requirements
1)At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field or equivalent practical experience; 2)Technical experience of higher-end CCTV and Access Control systems preferred by not required; 3)Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; 4)Outstanding listening skills and attention to details; 5)Ability to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; 6)Excellent organizational and official skills including computer fluency in MS Office.
