Improve the basic IE framework, record and establish the factory's IE database; guide the development room in labor hour splitting, labor cost formulation, review, and optimization for various products; conduct time study analysis, set standard labor hours and personnel quotas as the basis for company cost evaluation. Improve the sample production process in the development room, enhance efficiency/capacity, quality, and rational utilization of resources to boost production efficiency; carry out standardization analysis (operation and process analysis) to determine standardized processes. Be responsible for improving productivity in each factory and controlling production line balance. Budget and control sample production costs in the development room; coordinate with self-owned and outsourced factories for cost review matters such as material unit prices, usage, process unit prices, and labor unit prices, improve the company's BOM, and optimize cost systems; track the cost accounting progress of factories each quarter and optimize the cost accounting process. Assist the quotation department in providing IE data to ensure timely and accurate submission to CBD each quarter.

College degree or above. Over 5 years of IE work experience in shoe factories, with over 3 years of IE management experience. Familiar with shoe manufacturing, production processes, and cost planning. Possess data analysis, communication and coordination, and organizational planning capabilities.
