1. Responsible for communicating with on-site clients regarding project installation, debugging, progress, quality, and safety issues. 2. Lead relevant project team meetings and represent the project team at client meetings. 3. Communicate with the on-site construction team regarding project work arrangements, progress requirements, and 5S organization matters. 4. Ensure strict control over safety and quality during project execution, and be accountable for safety and quality. 5. Coordinate with the on-site commissioning team to advance the project's commissioning work and ensure it is completed as planned. 6. Communicate with relevant domestic project departments in a timely manner, provide feedback on project issues, and promote project execution. 7. Assist domestic project personnel with visa matters, accommodation, and travel arrangements for on-site visits.

1. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English, with additional proficiency in other minor languages preferred. 2. Over 3 years of experience in electromechanical project management, with preference given to those with experience in the lithium battery industry or coating equipment. 3. Familiar with relevant engineering standards and regulations, and capable of managing project site progress, quality, and safety. 4. Proficient in using office, project management software, and drawing software. 5. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.
